UB Foody Influencer Program – Terms & Conditions

By registering for or participating in any UB Foody influencer campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

  • Registration does not guarantee campaign selection.
  • UB Foody may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
  • Campaign opportunities depend on brand requirements and influencer suitability.

Influencer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Maintain authentic social media accounts.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
  • Deliver content according to campaign requirements.

Campaign Deliverables

  • Deliverables must be completed within agreed timelines.
  • UB Foody may request reasonable revisions before publication.
  • Failure to meet requirements may result in cancellation.

Payments

  • Payments are released after deliverables are verified.
  • Payment timelines may vary by campaign.
  • Influencers are responsible for applicable taxes.

Content Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, UB Foody may reuse campaign content for marketing, advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Campaign Agreement (Applicable to Every Collaboration)

By accepting any campaign from UB Foody, the influencer agrees that:

  1. Campaign details shared by UB Foody are confidential.
  2. Deliverables must be completed within the agreed timeline.
  3. Content must not be deleted for the agreed campaign duration without written approval.
  4. UB Foody may request reasonable edits before content is published.
  5. Payments will be released only after deliverables are verified.
  6. Fake followers, fake engagement, purchased views, bots, or misleading analytics may result in immediate cancellation without payment.
  7. The influencer must comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
  8. UB Foody may reuse campaign content for marketing, advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials without additional payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  9. The influencer confirms that all music, images, videos, and other materials used are properly licensed or owned.
  10. Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of campaign information may result in legal action.
  11. Either party may terminate a campaign before publication by giving written notice.
  12. UB Foody reserves the right to reject content that does not meet brand guidelines or quality standards.
  13. Influencers are solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes.
  14. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Termination

  • Providing false information may result in account termination.
  • Fake followers, fake engagement, or misleading analytics may result in cancellation without payment.
  • Violation of confidentiality may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

UB Foody shall not be responsible for losses arising from third-party actions, social media platform changes, account suspensions, or technical issues.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

By participating in any UB Foody campaign, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
